1. Scope of Services
The consulting and mentorship services provided by Vidyavachaspati Vidyanand cover a wide range of fields, including educational guidance, psychological counseling, business consulting, and spiritual mentorship. Each client engagement begins with an initial consultation to assess needs, following which a customized plan is developed. Services may include setting up new educational institutions, business startup advice, staff training, financial planning, personal or spiritual counseling, and more, tailored to the specific requirements of the client.
2. Appointment Process
Clients seeking consultation must book an appointment in advance, subject to availability. Sessions are conducted either in person, via video conference, or through other pre-agreed communication modes. All appointments are confirmed once the relevant fees are paid. In case of rescheduling, clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of fees.
3. Confidentiality
All consultations and mentorship sessions are confidential. Personal and professional information shared during sessions is protected and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except where legally required. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content of the consultation, except when necessary to perform professional duties.
4. Fee Structure and Payment
The fees for consulting and mentorship services are based on the nature, duration, and complexity of the services required. Fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Full payment is expected before the first session unless otherwise negotiated. No refunds are provided after the commencement of services, and clients are expected to adhere to the payment terms.
5. Customized Mentorship Programs
Clients have the option to enroll in customized mentorship programs designed specifically to meet their personal or organizational goals. These programs may vary in duration and content, depending on the focus—whether spiritual, educational, or business consulting. Fees and schedules for customized programs are individually negotiated and outlined in the engagement agreement.
6. Implementation and Guidance
As part of the mentorship process, clients receive specific guidance and actionable steps to implement in their personal or professional lives. Vidyavachaspati Vidyanand provides continued oversight and advice during the implementation phase to ensure that the client can execute the strategies effectively. However, the success of the implementation depends on the client’s active participation and efforts.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their sessions, but must give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability. In exceptional cases, such as personal emergencies, cancellations may be considered without penalty.
8. Professional Liability
While Vidyavachaspati Vidyanand provides expert guidance, clients must understand that the responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from consultations lies solely with them. The mentor provides recommendations and strategies based on experience, but cannot be held responsible for outcomes beyond his control.
9. Continued Mentorship
Long-term engagements can be arranged for clients who wish to have continued guidance and mentorship. These engagements are flexible and can be customized based on the evolving needs of the client. Continued mentorship may involve ongoing evaluation, adjustments to strategies, and periodic reviews to assess progress.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with proper notice if they feel the relationship is not beneficial. Any unused sessions may be refunded, or the client may be given an opportunity to transfer those sessions toward other services.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from the consultation or mentorship, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before taking legal action. This is in line with Vidyavachaspati Vidyanand’s commitment to harmonious conflict resolution.
